I’m Immy, a naturopath who works with a thorough, evidence-informed approach, taking time to understand the whole picture and offer thoughtful, practical care.

As both a naturopath and a mum, I understand the realities of family health — from persistent symptoms to busy schedules and picky eaters. I’m passionate about using herbal medicine (including many beautiful NZ natives), nutrition, and lifestyle support to help growing bodies thrive. My focus is on simple, effective solutions, with clear explanations and practical tools that fit into everyday life.

Where to find me

The Chamomile Clinic is based in Hikurangi, Whangārei, in a peaceful garden setting at the back of our property. When you visit, you’ll walk through the garden to a calm clinic space created for comfort and connection. Virtual consultations are also available, making support accessible wherever you are.
